Since the adoption of the Good Easter VDS by Chelmsford Borough Council 3rd June 2008, and the subsequent launch, all households in the parish have now received their own copy. 

The VDS Committee has now been dissolved. September 2008.

All liabilities have been met and any remaining funds distributed between the Rural Community Council of Essex, the Sports Field Association, the Village Hall, the Monday Club, the Daisy Circle, the Toddlers Group and St Andrews Church.
£125 has been paid to the Parish Council to cover the costs of setting up the village web site.
